not sure what i will do with the chicken if the farmer agrees to sell the chicken to me. but i'm almost certain my son will be thrilled everytime we eat eggs in the morning and my cholesterol count will probably quadruple in a week's time!
a lolo (grandfather) told me that apparently these types of eggs, those with 2 yolks, are available for sale in binondo. it's one of the gifts given to couples who are getting married - a dozen eggs with two yolks. i am now imagining a farmer taking each egg in his farm against the light to see if it has two yolks in them and segregating them into a separate bin for delivery to binondo. these eggs must sell for a premium in binondo.
i am very happy with the experience. it was a very special morning breakfast for me, because i shared the experience with my 11 year old son. i think its a rare gift that i had that kind of morning with my son.
this was our morning - my son asked me to cook eggs for him, then cracked 2 eggs with 2 yolks, a first time for me and for him to see eggs like those. he will remember that day and i certainly will. and it's probably a story he will tell his children, my future granhchildren. and that's pretty cool and enough reason to be happy about.
what has this got to do with advertising and marketing? nothing. but it was a day in the life of an adman.
and did i mention, on that day i think i got an additional 100 years of good luck?
